Responsibilities

• Manage and track various order types from Retailers to ensure compliant processing.
• Coordinate with Sales, Forecasting, Logistics and Inventory to optimize on-time delivery.
• Monitor On-Time & Fill Rate and report improvements to management.
• Investigate pricing discrepancies and customer deductions; resolve issues.
• Communicate with customers to address inquiries, returns, and credits promptly.
