Job summary

Foley Industries is seeking a Service Advisor (Shop & Field) in Kansas to deliver exceptional customer service throughout the repair process, from initial call to invoice. You will manage customer communications, schedule repairs and preventive maintenance, review work orders, present quotes, and coordinate with Shop/Field Managers to meet deadlines.

Travel may be required for training or to assist at other locations.

Qualifications

• Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Prior knowledge of the industry and/or warranty and its equipment.
• Previous experience in a shop environment.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English preferred).

Responsibilities
