Norm Reeves Toyota Dallas is seeking a Service Advisor to join our service team in Dallas. You’ll greet guests, communicate clearly, and bridge guests with technicians to ensure smooth vehicle repairs. This full-time role requires at least 18 years old, a valid driver’s license, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive in the service drive.
• Communicate empathetically with guests about their vehicle.
• Offer solutions and added services to guests.
• Prepare detailed repair orders after initial inspection with exact instructions, noting primary concerns.
• Provide timely follow-up on each repair order and contact guests with changes.
• Analyze quality control reports and maintain a high Customer Service Index score.
• Process monetary transactions.
