Job summary

Kirkland’s Home is seeking a Sales Associate in Columbia, SC to deliver an exceptional shopping experience under our customer service model. You will assist with selling, cashiering, replenishing, floorsets, and cleaning, while partnering with management to drive sales and maintain store presentation.

You will greet customers, educate them on loyalty programs and promotions, participate in inventory tasks, and support branding.

Responsibilities

• Provides an exceptional shopping experience following Kirkland’s Home customer service model.
• Engages with customers, demonstrates selling behaviors, and greets customers with enthusiasm.
• Educates customers on loyalty programs, promotions, and merchandise to build the basket.
• Maintains an organized sales floor and stockroom, including pricing and inventory accuracy.
• Supports branding and values in interactions with customers and coworkers.
• Participates in store duties as needed to support sales and operations.
