Job summary

On-site role with opening/closing duties, inventory stocking, and donation prep. No prior experience required; basic math and strong customer service are essential. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• No prior experience required; basic math skills helpful.
• Ability to communicate in English; Spanish desirable.
• Familiarity with cash handling and POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and customers and assist with product selections.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the register system.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and store cleanup.
• Inventory merchandise and prepare donations for transfer to processing.
• Report safety issues or theft concerns to the manager.
