Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to greet customers and assist with questions accurately.
• Strong basic math and POS familiarity is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a smile and run the register with accuracy and speed.
• Become an expert in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales with proper age verification.
• Offer friendly service and upsell customers to increase sales.
• Keep the store clean and safe, including restrooms, pumps area, and lot.
• Stock shelves and displays, maintain clean entryways, and organize merchandise.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Be a team player and help wherever needed.
