Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking reliable Sales Associates to keep stores clean, inviting, and running smoothly. You will greet customers, ring up purchases, and ensure compliance with age-verification rules for lottery, cigarettes, and alcohol.

The role includes stocking, cleaning, and occasional cross-training in other departments. Flexible full-time or part-time schedules, plus opportunities for advancement, await the right team player.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Must pass pre-employment screening and background check.
• Excellent communication and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and operate the register accurately and quickly.
• Handle lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales in line with age verification laws.
• Upsell products to increase sales when appropriate.
• Keep store clean and safe inside and out, including restrooms and pumps area.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays; maintain organization.
• Cross-train in other departments, including deli, as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies; be a team player.
