Job summary

Marshalls is seeking a Store Associate to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting. You will engage with customers, support store operations, and participate in merchandising and loss prevention efforts.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining a clean, organized sales floor. Work times vary to meet business needs; prior retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to established operating procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established merchandising procedures and standards.
• Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
• Maintains all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participates in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store.
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adheres to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
