• Must be on time and dress professionally to represent Riverside Ford of Tulsa.
• Cover the switchboard and greet customers; perform light clerical duties as needed.
• Attend training or functions online or on site at the dealership.
• Proactive in deescalating client concerns and directing to the proper person.

Responsibilities

• Greet or acknowledge every customer and maintain a professional environment.
• Cover the switchboard and handle front desk duties with courtesy and efficiency.
• Support the General Manager and Sales Manager with requests and orders.
• Document client concerns and requests accurately in the appointment process.
