Job summary

State Farm Agent Team Member position seeking a customer-focused individual to build relationships and provide prompt service. The role involves educating clients on insurance options and handling inquiries with a needs-based approach in a friendly office setting.

Responsibilities include follow-up with customers, accurate service delivery, and ongoing licensing to stay current with product changes. Compatible with a Monday–Friday schedule and an energetic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including inquiries about insurance options, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, and billing.
• Educate customers about insurance options using a needs-based review process.
