Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused associate for its Pottery Barn Kids brand in the San Ramon area. You will engage customers at the cash wrap, process transactions, and provide personalized service while maintaining store standards and supporting promotions and events.

Responsibilities

• Keep the store energy lively and upbeat for customers and teammates
• Engage clients at the cash wrap and provide personalized service
• Process POS transactions, returns, exchanges accurately and efficiently
• Ensure correct ringing and pricing of merchandise and apply price overrides when needed
• Communicate product information, care, maintenance, timelines and delivery to customers
• Suggest additional merchandise to complement initial selections
• Inform customers about promotions influencing sales
• Share product information and in-store events to enhance the experience
• Maintain visual standards and supplies at the cash wrap
• Maximize resources to fulfill customer requests and resolve issues
• Foster a fair, respectful environment in line with People-First philosophy
• Follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned
