Qualifications

• No degree required. High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, customers, and management.
• Must be organized and capable of interacting with a diverse work population.
• Necessary math skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist on sales floor, and answer phones professionally.
• Operate the store cash register and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized to standard.
• Assist with returns, exchanges, and customer complaints.
