Job summary

Pitt Stop Convenience Stores SC is seeking a Cashier/Associate for the Express Lane locations. You will process customers at the register, promote sales, and maintain clean facilities while supporting daily operations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, and open weekend/holiday availability. Daily tasks include customer service, inventory checks, and safe handling of cash and products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Open availability to work weekends and holidays and varying shifts.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and assists them in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Operates cash register, promotes sales and ensures cash control.
• Cleans and stocks checkout area and equipment, maintains clean store and restrooms.
• Cleans and stocks exterior areas including pump islands and sidewalks.
• Participates in team efforts to achieve store goals.
• Follows safety policies and performs duties safely.
