Job summary

TBK Bank is hiring a Client Services Associate to facilitate accurate financial transactions and build lasting customer relationships. You will profile customers, offer tailored bank products, and ensure each interaction exceeds expectations within a busy retail branch.

You will open accounts, handle transactions, and support cross-selling opportunities while safeguarding customer information and complying with regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years old.
• 6–12 months bank teller or cash handling experience preferred.
• Customer service, sales or cross-selling experience encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Profile new and existing customers to assess banking needs.
• Provide prompt and accurate financial transactions per bank policies.
• Open new accounts with proper documentation.
• Assist with Stop Payments, Debit Card Orders, and related tasks.
• Resolve customer issues and provide timely feedback.
• Support branch goals and maintain customer goodwill.
