Job summary

DCC Propane, LLC is seeking a Customer Care Supervisor to lead the local customer service team and provide expert support to CCRs. The role requires daily onsite presence in a Colorado office and close collaboration with the CX Department to meet processes, training and metrics goals.

Responsibilities include training staff, resolving discrepancies, running weekly and monthly reports, and ensuring accurate order taking and payment processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level of soft skills and formal education not required beyond HS diploma.
• 4+ years of proven work experience in customer service or inside sales.
• Minimum 5 years in an office environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the designated area customer service team and train/develop CCRs.
• Ensure accurate data entry, account cleanup, and weekly verification of transactions.
• Generate monthly reports and assist with office administration and special projects.
