Job Description Summary

Customer Service Supervisor (Call Center)
Sunbelt's Customer Service Supervisor is equipped for success so we can make it happen for our customers.
The Customer Service Supervisor is empowered to provide exceptional, professional and efficient service to all customers in the rental of construction/industrial equipment and store items. The Supervisor provides day to day direction and subject matter expertise to team members in functioning as the one centralized point of contact for all customers team members. This role exemplifies the Sunbelt Promise of reliability, availability and ease to our customers.
Education or experience that prepares you for success:
At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role-preferably a call/contact center, providing direction and coaching as needed
Previous equipment rental or construction industry experience preferred
Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities you may rely on:
Sunbelt's point of sale system (Wynne)
Customer service ethic towards the customers' needs
Decision-making abilities in line with Sunbelt's values to resolve customer issues in the absence of a higher level of management

You will become eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days from your startdate.Sunbeltoffers team members the following time off from work, subject to Sunbelt's policies: twelve to twenty-five vacation days depending on years of service; five sick days; six paid holidays, two paid half day holidays, two floating holidays, one inclusion day, and one volunteer day (unless specified in a collective bargaining agreement).
