Job Description Summary

Customer Service Supervisor (Call Center)Sunbelt’s Customer Service Supervisor is equipped for success so we can make it happen for our customers.The Customer Service Supervisor is empowered to provide exceptional, professional and efficient service to all customers in the rental of construction/industrial equipment and store items. The Supervisor provides day to day direction and subject matter expertise to team members in functioning as the one centralized point of contact for all customers team members. This role exemplifies the Sunbelt Promise of reliability, availability and ease to our customers.Education or experience that prepares you for success:At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role-preferably a call/contact center, providing direction and coaching as neededPrevious equipment rental or construction industry experience preferredBilingual Spanish/English preferredKnowledge/Skills/Abilities you may rely on:Sunbelt’s point of sale system (Wynne)Customer service ethic towards the customers’ needsDecision-making abilities in line with Sunbelt’s values to resolve customer issues in the absence of a higher level of managementSafety is key to our culture:The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job. Base Pay Range: $23.58 - 32.41

Sunbelt also provides a comprehensive benefits package to its full-time employees. This package includes health, dental and vision plans, 401(k), volunteer time off, short-term and long-term disability, accident, life and travel insurance, as well as flexible spending, tuition reimbursement, college savings, EAP and length of service awards. You will become eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days from your start date. Sunbelt offers team members the following time off from work, subject to Sunbelt’s policies: twelve to twenty-five vacation days depending on years of service; five sick days; six paid holidays, two paid half day holidays, two floating holidays, one inclusion day, and one volunteer day (unless specified in a collective bargaining agreement).
