RTC of Southern Nevada is seeking a supervisor for the customer service center to assist with shift supervision, training, and performance monitoring in a fast-paced environment. The role involves coordinating activities, ensuring coverage, and driving quality service across the unit.

Preferred candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent plus several years in customer service or passenger transportation, including lead experience; bilingual abilities may be favored.

Competenze

• Equivalent to a high school diploma and four (4) years of full-time customer service and/or passenger transportation operations experience including two (2) years of full-time experience in a lead capacity.

Mansioni

• Assists in the supervision of the operations of an assigned shift of the customer service center.
• Coordinates and schedules activities to ensure efficient and effective service; ensures adequate coverage to accommodate workload.
• Monitors employee and unit performance to ensure quality customer service and develops strategies to improve reliability and efficiency.
