Job summary

T3 Services Group in the United States is seeking a capable Customer Service Specialist to connect customers with the right solutions, ensuring timely, professional interactions and a positive experience across each contact.

You will handle inquiries by phone and email, update accounts, resolve issues on first contact when possible, contribute to service improvements, and collaborate with managers, technicians, and vendors in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred and at least 3 years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, plus computer skills in MS Office and ServiceTitan.
• Ability to type at least 40 WPM and pass a background check.
