Job summary

Lineage in Fullerton, CA is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee a range of general office and customer service activities tied to daily warehouse results.

You will supervise, train, and provide performance feedback to direct reports, ensuring productivity and efficient operations, while coordinating with Operations on on-time turnaround and reporting customer activity. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years customer service experience in warehousing and/or distribution environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 lbs./9 kgs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed

Pay Range:$70,304.00 - $102,200.00
