Job summary

Lineage is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Bedford Park, IL to oversee the warehouse team and ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards.

You will supervise daily activities, coordinate shipments, plan production resources, and maintain records in a fast-paced distribution environment. The role requires 2 years of leadership, WMS proficiency, and the ability to work in varying temperatures and noise levels in a laboratory-like distribution setting.

Qualifications

• 2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Able to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided PPE and freezer gear.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud.

Responsibilities

Pay Range: $60,600.00 - $102,200.00
