Customer Service / Remote - Anywhere in U.S. / Competitive Pay

Job Responsibilities:

1. Answer and record calls for quality assurance purposes.
2. Update the Insightec CRM system timely to capture each call experience.
3. Manage various administrative activities related to service, sales, clinical research, parts handling, documentation, and orders.
4. Manage credentialing requirements for Field Service employees gaining access to customer sites.
5. Provide customers with updates and periodic statements on service developments.
6. Build and run data reports.
