Job summary

Vance Outdoors is seeking a full-time Call Center Customer Service Representative to support customers in Heath, OH. You will manage orders, assist shoppers, and resolve concerns via phone, email, and live chat while upholding a strong commitment to service.

You will work Monday–Friday, first shift, with base pay $17.00 per hour plus experience-based adjustments. Training includes safety and company policies; benefits and ESOP are available for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1–3 months related experience/training or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use multiple software systems.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Be the example for high performance and customer service.
• Handle customer inquiries by phone, email, and live chat.
• Process customer orders and perform data entry.
• Promote a positive culture within the department.
• Maintain department conditions and keep areas clean and orderly.
