Job summary

Vance Outdoors in Hebron, OH is seeking a detail-oriented teammate to assist the sales and service teams by helping customers with parts, scheduling services, and finalizing sale paperwork. You will manage inventory and the parts room and help keep the work and showroom areas clean and organized.

Responsibilities include answering calls, scheduling service or sales appointments, processing warranty paperwork, and liaising with the Sales Manager and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer Service experience required.
• Practical experience with tools and equipment used in marine maintenance.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Answer sales and service customer calls.
• Schedule service appointments.
• Assist and finalize boat sale paperwork, including notary for financing.
• Process warranty paperwork.
• Maintain inventory and keep the parts room organized.
• Operate customer systems (Outlook, Excel, CRM).
• Ensure work and showroom areas are clean and organized.
