Job summary

Regal Plastic's Tulsa branch is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of the team. You’ll support existing business accounts, handle quotes and orders, and work with sales to identify opportunities, ensuring accurate, timely communication.

Hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday–Friday. The role includes paid training in the plastics industry and a full benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD, 401(k) match).

Responsibilities

• Support existing business accounts with quotes, bids, and order follow-ups.
• Answer and resolve customer calls and emails with accuracy and speed.
• Enter orders and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Partner with sales and management to identify new opportunities.
• Be the customer’s voice inside our company.
