Responsibilities

• Assist external and internal customers by phone, screening and forwarding calls.
• Provide directions and transfer calls to the correct department (corporate, customer service, sales, etc.).
• Use Storis to take payments, schedule/change deliveries, and look up delivery times for customers.
• Provide timely and accurate information to customer requests and concerns; assist with purchases.
• Handle inquiries on warranties and returns; order parts for missing hardware; follow up with factory on orders.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to meet customer service expectations.
