Universal Audio is seeking a customer support specialist in the United States to assist with pre- and post-sale inquiries and technical guidance for its audio interfaces, guitar products, and software.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting installations, DAW setups, and system configurations on Windows and Mac, while handling requests via phone, chat, and online channels. The role requires familiarity with UAD-2/Apollo hardware and a strong customer service mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience with UAD-2/Apollo hardware and UA Console/LUNA software.
• Strong knowledge of customer service principles and computer troubleshooting.
• Ability to lift 20 pounds and sit for extended periods.

• Hourly pay between $20.10 and $23.27 USD.
