Qualifications

• Experience with UAD-2/Apollo hardware and UA Console/LUNA software.
• Strong knowledge of customer service principles and computer troubleshooting.
• Ability to lift 20 pounds and sit for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-sale support for UA's audio interfaces, guitar products, and software.
• Troubleshoot installation, system configuration, and DAW setup on Windows and Mac.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and online requests and resolve or escalate issues.
