Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying data)
• 6 months experience using common retail tech (smartphones, tablets)
• Basic arithmetic (addition/subtraction)
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Help customers locate and select merchandise
• Stock replenishment and organization of shelves
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs
• Assist customers through checkout and shopping journey
• Perform additional duties as assigned
