Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and LIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, friendly, professional communication to clients via phone, email, fax and other channels.
• Aim for one-call resolutions and notify clients of results within turnaround times.
• Document all communication accurately in the designated Customer Care platform.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of LIS functions including Call Back and CoPath.
• Assist with training and cross-training of coworkers as needed.
• Flexibility in schedule to accommodate department workflow.
