Rydell Auto Center is seeking Customer Care Service Specialists who bring excellent service, a positive attitude, and energy to a fast-paced environment. You will engage customers by phone and email, help resolve inquiries, and contribute to a high-energy team committed to outstanding results.

We offer competitive pay from $17 to $20 per hour, a Monday–Friday schedule 9:30am–6:30pm with one Saturday every other month, and benefits including health, vision, dental insurance, a 401(k) with company

Mansioni

• Assist customers through all aspects of service and general inquiries via phone and email - ensure 100% customer satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer to the appropriate person for resolution
• Generate and prospect new customers through owner loyalty processes
• Communicate with callers professionally, efficiently, and minimize hold time
• Assist managers with various clerical duties as needed
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient with customers and employees
• Familiarize yourself with department structures and internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently
