We are seeking an out of the box thinking, dependable, hardworking, Customer Care Specialist. Applicants should be experienced problem solvers who can work effectively with our customers and across Budderfly teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Act as liaison with management and our customers
• Provide dedication to improve customer service and business productivity
• Proactively manage customer portfolio including billing, IoT, monitoring and customer reach‑out
• Provide excellent and timely customer service through phone, email, chat

Pay band: $26.44 ($55k) - $27.42 ($57k) per hour (COE)
