Job summary

CRC is seeking Customer Service Representatives at the Kirksville, MO site to handle after-hours inquiries for electric cooperatives and utilities across the United States. You will answer calls, access multiple tools, and provide courteous, accurate information while maintaining a calm, professional voice.

The role offers evening shifts with additional pay for weekend and holiday coverage, comprehensive training starting November 9, 2026, and benefits including PTO, health/dental/vision, 401K

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to read, analyze and interpret instructions.
• Proven ability to learn/use CRC Link and other software used in call center operations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from cooperative and utility members.
• Navigate tools to address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain composure and professionalism, using de-escalation techniques when appropriate.
• Attend classroom and on-the-job training to improve product knowledge.
