What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a Brand Ambassador for the employer, providing world-class service to all customers
- Successfully troubleshoot and resolve all customer service inquiries or issues via incoming phone contacts
- Provide customers with critical service and product information to ensure satisfaction
- Process orders and enter data into the order entry system during calls
- Track customer packages and perform other assigned duties
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ months of experience in a customer service-focused environment, such as contact center, retail, hospitality, or food and beverage
- Ability to meet the employer's work-from-home guidelines and expectations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency
- A quiet, distraction-free, secure home workspace with a wired high-speed internet connection
