What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a Brand Ambassador for the employer, providing exceptional service to all customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer service inquiries via incoming phone contacts

- Track customer packages and perform additional duties as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
