Holland Roofing is seeking a Customer Care Specialist for wholesale horticulture on a full-time basis. The role supports professional customers nationwide, partnering with sales and production to ensure reliable service and accurate records.

You will handle inquiries via phone and email, assist walk-in and online customers, and identify upsell opportunities while maintaining relationships with landscapers, growers, and garden centers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
• Manage incoming calls and route inquiries professionally
• Support B2B customers with order status, product information, and issue resolution
• Identify upsell opportunities through customer relationships
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to resolve inventory or order issues
• Prepare and mail sales materials, bid books, and promotional content
• Maintain accurate customer records and perform general administrative tasks
• Assist walk-in and online customers with professionalism and a friendly attitude
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer relationship and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask
