Endologix LLC is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to support customers, sales managers, and field teams. You will manage quotes, orders, and inquiries while ensuring data accuracy in CRM, ERP, and QMS systems, delivering high-touch service and strong collaboration across departments.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in healthcare or medical devices, excellent communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent
• 2+ years of healthcare/medical device experience

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and sales support to customers and sales team.
• Draft quotes, process purchase orders and manage orders.
• Troubleshoot product and service issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Educate customers on the Pounce Thrombectomy System and DETOUR products.
• Maintain CRM/ERP and ensure data accuracy.
