Job summary

UF Resources in Bradenton, FL is seeking a full-time customer relations specialist who will start in member support and grow into settlement coordination. This is phone-based work, not a call center, with on-site delivery from 8725 Pendery Place.

You'll make follow-up calls, explain benefits, connect members with network attorneys for will updates and estate settlement, handle inbound/outbound questions, and document case notes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or member-facing experience (required)
• A calm, patient phone manner and empathy for sensitive conversations
• Legal, insurance, financial services, probate, or estate planning background is highly valued (no paralegal certification needed)

• Provide backup front desk coverage as needed
