UF Resources in Bradenton, FL is seeking an Appointment Setter to schedule estate-plan delivery appointments and follow-up calls. This on-site role emphasizes client communication, scheduling, and follow-through, with room to grow into additional responsibilities.

You’ll earn $16 per hour with a $25 bonus per Google review, plus weekly W-2 pay and benefits after 90 days. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, in-office location at 8725 Pendery Place, Bradenton.

Qualifications

• Appointment-setting or call-center experience.
• Clear, friendly phone manner and listening skills.
• Confidence guiding conversations toward appointments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with a team.
• Willingness to learn and apply feedback.
• Experience with Windows-based scheduling tools is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Contact clients to schedule estate-plan delivery appointments and follow-up calls.
• Confirm appointments, provide reminders, and coordinate rescheduling.
• Keep accurate client information, appointment records, and call notes.
• Follow up with clients who have not responded or need help coordinating an appointment.
• Invite clients to share feedback about their experience through Google reviews.
• Communicate with our internal team to keep client appointments and follow-up activities organized.
