UF Resources in Bradenton, FL is seeking an Appointment Setter to schedule estate-plan delivery appointments and follow-up calls. This on-site role emphasizes client communication, scheduling, and follow-through, with room to grow into additional responsibilities.

You’ll earn $16 per hour with a $25 bonus per Google review, plus weekly W-2 pay and benefits after 90 days. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, in-office location at 8725 Pendery Place, Bradenton.

We’re hiring an Appointment Setter to schedule estate-plan delivery appointments and follow-up calls. This role focuses on client communication, scheduling, and follow-through—not cold calling.

What you’ll do

• Contact clients to schedule estate-plan delivery appointments and follow-up calls.
• Confirm appointments, provide reminders, and coordinate rescheduling.
• Keep accurate client information, appointment records, and call notes.
• Follow up with clients who have not responded or need help coordinating an appointment.
• Invite clients to share honest feedback about their experience through Google reviews.
• Communicate with our internal team to keep client appointments and follow-up activities organized.

What you’ll bring

• Previous appointment-setting, call-center, or related phone-based customer-service experience.
• A clear, friendly, professional phone manner and strong listening skills.
• Confidence guiding conversations toward a confirmed appointment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
• Comfort using Windows-based programs and learning scheduling and client-management tools.
• Accurate data entry and clear documentation of client conversations.
• The ability to work independently while coordinating with a team.
• Dependable attendance and availability to work the scheduled on-site hours.
• A willingness to learn, apply feedback, and develop additional skills.

Estate-planning, insurance, or financial-services experience is helpful. Relevant phone experience and a commitment to professional client service are our priorities.
