Job summary

Nex-Tech Wireless is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our hometown team. You will handle calls, chats, and emails, assisting customers with product and service questions and billing inquiries.

You’ll collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and support sales with account questions, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates are customer-focused with strong communication and problem-solving skills and must be available to work evenings,

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in customer service, call center, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

We are seeking customer-oriented candidates to:

• Receive calls, chats, and emails from customers and assist them with product and service questions and billing inquiries
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve product and service issues for customers
• Assist sales associates with service and account issues
• Follow up with customers to ensure continued customer satisfaction
• Maintain a proficient knowledge of products and services

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• One year of customer service, call center experience, or equivalent work experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Customer-focused attitude
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
