The Customer Care Agent is crucial in communicating with our customers. These empathetic professionals provide efficient, helpful telephone support for claims processing and appointment scheduling. They are responsible for answering questions related to Safelite’s National Lifetime Warranty, addressing customer service issues, and resolving escalated, often complex and high-stress, customer issues.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer customer questions via calls and emails, ensuring issues are resolved to deliver high-quality customer experience.
  • Verify issues by reviewing records and damage documentation, troubleshooting, and educating customers about Safelite’s policies to resolve problems.
  • Provide updates and follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records in multiple systems, handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Foster positive relationships with internal teams to ensure optimal customer service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need

  • Age: 16+ years.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or active enrollment.
  • Preferred prior experience in call center or customer service roles.
  • Ability to operate computer and phone systems for extended periods.
  • Strong communication skills, pleasant voice, composure, and rapport-building ability.

Work From Home Requirements

  • Personal computer or laptop with Windows 10 or 11 (Macs and Chromebooks not compatible).
  • High-speed internet (Download ≥25 Mbps, Upload ≥10 Mbps, Ping ≤50 ms, Jitter ≤20 ms).
  • Ethernet connection, USB wired headset, webcam, and dedicated noise-free workspace.
