Job summary

LovelySkin is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our friendly team. You will handle real-time calls, e-mails and live chat from customers across the globe, gathering product knowledge to best serve our expansive customer base and influence customer decisions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a call center role or a customer sales & service position. Retail experience is a plus.
• Positive, friendly attitude with excellent client service and communication skills.
• Ability to work a set schedule, with required overtime, weekends, and flexibility during peak seasons.
• High-level phone skills while performing operational activities (inventory control, shipping, returns).
• Strong passion for all things Beauty and Skin Care, including staying on top of industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in real-time.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Build positive relationships with customers and help meet their goals.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
• Support with order processing and returns as needed.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a smooth customer experience; Saturday shifts required.

Customer Care Representative

LovelySkin is searching for our next Customer Care Representative to join a friendly and welcoming team! Bring your passion for helping others, the beauty industry, and all-things skin care to LovelySkin. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the voice of LovelySkin, fielding real-time calls, e-mails and live chat from customers across the globe. In this role, you will be given the opportunity to gather a wide array of product knowledge in order to best serve our expansive customer base. Your tips, recommendations, and insight can have a direct influence on every customer that you encounter!

• Working in a fast-paced environment and being a committed team player
• Success troubleshooting and resolving all customer service inquiries or issues
• Continuously creating positive relationships with customers
• Investing fully in our customer’s goals and needs
• Using our provided resources to best find solutions to customer’s questions
• Providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and online chat daily
• Assisting with any product specific questions
• Saturday is required

About you:
