Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a Customer Care Rep I to serve as the primary interface between the customer and the company. The role involves actively managing orders, coordinating with internal departments, and resolving questions and issues for external users of our products.

The position requires a Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of related experience, with a preference for plumbing industry background and strong MS Office skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.

Qualifications
