Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and experience in call centers or customer service, with strong communication skills and proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce. Evening/weekend shifts are required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers via phone, text, email, and web chat to understand their needs.
• Educate prospects on our products and services, and assess if we're the right fit.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to advance conversations toward scheduled appointments.
• Use standardized scripts and vetting criteria to capture all key information.
• Review past customer interactions and proactively reschedule missed appointments.
• Accurately input customer details and project information into Salesforce, and refer leads to partners when appropriate.
