Location: Franklin, Indiana. Schedule: Monday to Friday with rotating weekends, 10am-7pm or 8am-6pm. Benefits include health and dental insurance, PTO, 3% 401(k) match, and paid training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 1–2 years experience in supporting client success preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails to assist customers.

• Advise customers on products/services based on needs.
• Maintain accurate product knowledge for customers.
