Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process all assigned organizational, sales and customer requests and data entry; escalate complex issues to the Lead Customer Service Rep.
• Enter customer orders into the mainframe, including orders via phone or fax; transfer EDI orders as directed by customers and sales.
• Provide delivery instructions to Truck Routing and Centralized Transportation; update master customer data.
• Ensure timely communication and follow through with customers, sales, transportation, and deployment personnel.
• Process resale orders for product movement due to OS&D.
• Schedule delivery appointments by phone, email, or customer websites.
• Edit orders to ensure pricing accuracy; seek sales input when discrepancies arise.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to resolve issues; escalate to lead if unresolved.
