This full-time, in-person role emphasizes calm communication, accurate data entry, and coordination with technicians.

Qualifications

• Previous professional customer service experience is required.
• Call-center, dispatch, or home-service experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while reporting to the Midlothian office.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly with warmth, professionalism, and confidence.
• Listen closely so customers feel heard and understood.
• Accurately enter customer, location, and appointment information.
• Coordinate dispatch with technicians and support office workflows.
• Maintain customer and membership records and tracking.
