West Herr Auto Group is seeking a Customer Care Manager to support multiple Sales Consultants and ensure seamless vehicle delivery from start to finish.

You will continually prospect existing customers for newer vehicle opportunities, while maintaining deep product knowledge and strong client communication. This role emphasizes teamwork, initiative, and customer-focused service.

Job description

• FLSA Status: Non Exempt
• Base Wage: $17.50-$21.50/hr.
• Potential Compensation with bonus and/or commission: $50,000 – $75,000/yr.

What To Expect:

As a Customer Care Manager at West Herr, you’ll support multiple Sales Consultants at one location while "wowing" our customers with knowledge of the features and benefits of our product. You’ll enable the delivery of our vehicles from start to finish, and consistently prospect existing customers who can get into a newer vehicle. In performing these tasks, you’ll also:
