West Herr Auto Group is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor in Buffalo, NY. You’ll be in a position to interact with guests and colleagues, greeting customers and relaying important information to technicians.

You’ll provide accurate information, maintain open communication, and uphold our values of Respect, Teamwork, Excellence, Integrity, Urgency and Empathy while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced dealership environment.

• FLSA Status: Exempt
• Base Wage: $23,400-$65,000/yr.
• Potential Compensation with bonus and/or commission: $50,000 – $120,000/yr.
